The following document was created as part of a corporate communications plan offered to the Society for the Study of Multi-Ethnic Literature of the United States for their 2020 conference. Brent Thibodeaux, Stevette Tillman, and Morgan Petersen all contributed to the creation of this document. In addition to assembling the appendix itself, Brent supplied the contact information for the English Department heads and the external communication channels. Additionally, Brent contributed both of the press releases, the internship opportunity email, the promotion request emails to MELUS officers, the call for proposals flier, and the event flier.
